Pig slaughter products

Traditional Galician cuisine has given Vigo its passion for pig slaughter products, and in Galicia, nothing goes to waste: sausages, ham, and even the pig’s ears are prepared in the traditional way of our great-grandparents. The most native variety, for the real gourmets, is the porco celta (Celtic pork).

If you like pork, you have to try a good Galician stew or pork with turnip tops.
