Samil Beach Linear Walk
This walk is one of the most popular in Vigo, both in summer and winter. It is located at the beach of Samil (1115 metres of sand) and there are nearby car parks, hotels, restaurants, cafes, a Red Cross point, and other services. Samil is a complete leisure area for adults as well as children. Apart from just a nice stroll, there are four swimming pools (one of which is a copy to scale of the Bay of Vigo, including the bridge at Rande), a water slide, basketball courts, a picnic area and even a sports centre and campsite.
There is access for the disabled and it is easy to get to by public transport. Take bus routes L10, L15 A, B and C, and LC3 at weekends.
