The Bouzas walk has a bicycle lane, benches and drinking fountains. There is also a wooded area. It is situated at the end of Bouzas Beach, just beside the church that dates form the 16th century.
Bouzas was originally a separate town to Vigo before being annexed. It has an interesting old quarter and a market on Sunday mornings along the main square, la Alameda. Its local fiestas are famous throughout the area. They are held on the third Sunday in July and have been officially declared of tourist interest in Galicia.
