September 4–7: Celebrate Seafood Festival in Vigo

The Seafood Festival is held every September to mark the arrival of the months with an “r” and the opening of the season for the best seafood from the Vigo estuary.

The festival will feature a large gastronomic tent offering dishes such as scallops, velvet crabs, lobster, Galician-style octopus (“pulpo á feira”), empanadas, and wines with Designation of Origin. The event will offer affordable prices while maintaining the highest quality of Galician products.

In addition to the culinary offerings, the program will include concerts, folk group performances, workshops, traditional games, storytelling, showcookings, and street performances, bringing the port to life throughout the four days of the event.
