Verbum Museum

The Verbum Museum in Vigo, also known as the House of Words, is one of the most striking; you'll recognize its clean line silhouette as soon as you reach Samil Beach, which is where this modern cultural centre in Vigo is located. The Verbum, designed by Galician architect César Portela, is an interactive museum with games through which you can experience and learn about everything related to languages, words, letters, sounds, signs… in short, all forms of expression in human communication.

The museum is divided into 29 cubes that contain a total of 81 modules, where the various themes of the museum are developed: language, science, literature and technology. The museum also organizes interactive activities aimed at schools, organizations, families, etc.
